Sunset Beech Cottage is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, bright, cheerful, “cottage style” home on a wooded lot with glorious sunsets and winter views of the western range. This quiet retreat has all the amenities of home and includes a TV set in 3 of the 4 bedrooms (2 TV’s have VCR), and a TV set in the living room with VCR and DVD player. The kitchen is spacious with updated appliances and decorated to inspire country cooking. The Pond Creek Trail is a quick walk down the road for some mountain hiking. At any time you may see deer, raccoon, chipmunks and wild turkeys in the yard. Birdseed is provided for those who want to feed birds from the sunny, back deck in the winter; in the summer it is a haven for humming birds. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, both adults and children can snuggle by the fire with a movie, book, game, or puzzle from the well stocked, downstairs book shelf.
